Upon receipt of full payment, your order will be shipped to the specified shipping address.
All products will be fully insured and sent by either Air Mail, EMS or UPS.

Standard Shipping & Handling Cost: FREE
Please allow up to 16 days for Regular Air Mail delivery.

Express Shipping & Handling Cost: £5.95
Please allow between 7-9 days for Express delivery.

The shipping time frame includes the manufacturing time frame for any of our custom made products.
Please note that non standard orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame.

Registered orders will be sent by Express Mail Service (EMS or UPS).
Upon shipment, we will provide you with the tracking number of your order.

If you require a shorter delivery time then the one specified, please contact our customer service department at custserv@mynamenecklace.co.uk, and they will be happy to check this option for you.
